These Terms govern your use of the Secrato platform, provided by [Your Company Name] (“Secrato”, “we”, “us”).

1. Use of the Platform

By registering or accessing the platform, you agree to these Terms. You may only use the platform for lawful, internal business purposes.

2. User Responsibilities

You’re responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not misuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt the platform.

3. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data and content you upload. We process your data solely to provide the service and according to our Privacy Policy and DPA.

4. Availability

We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance and updates may affect availability temporarily.

5. Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend access for breach of terms. Upon termination, data will be deleted according to our data retention policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

Secrato is provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the last 12 months.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Antwerp, unless otherwise required by law.
