How to use it
- Copy the checklist sheet once per product or product family.
- Record classification and planned route in the Classification sheet first.
- Mark each requirement as applicable or not, and justify non-applicability.
- Link evidence (risk assessment, SBOM, test reports) in the Evidence column.
- Review status at every major release and before the conformity assessment.
